Cliffe House
On Wednesday 3rd of May Year 2 went to Cliffe
House. Our day was very exciting because we had lunch in a tennis hall.
After we had eaten our sandwiches we went to the adventure play ground
we had lots of fun playing on the climbing frame and lots of other things.
Later that afternoon half of us went to the pond and the other half went
to the woods. We went to the woods. We caught some woodlice, beetles,
worms, slugs, dragonflies, and centipedes. Soon we went to the pond to
do some fishing. We caught Tadpoles, water beetles, a newt, and lots of
seaweed. Soon the coach came to pick us up and took us back to school.
We had a good time at Cliffe house.

Our Visit To Cliffe House.
The first thing we did when we got to Cliffe House
was to go to the lake for some pond dipping. While we were there we caught
some tadpoles, water beetles and one newt. Later that day we went and
had our lunch in a tennis hall. Every one in class 2 ate all there dinner
because they were very hungry after all that hard work. After our lunch
we all went and had lots of fun in the adventure playground. There were
wooden climbing frames, tyre swings, climbing ropes and other amazing
things to play on. Later on that day we also went to the woods. When we
first entered the big dark wood everyone was scared because there were
trees everywhere. Class 2 saw lots of Beetles, worms and slugs. We even
managed to catch some of those things. Soon the day came to an end the
coach took us back to school for home time. We had had a fun filled day
at Cliffe House.

Our visit to Cliffe House.
The first thing we did was go to the pond to do
some pond dipping. We caught lots of water insects newts, water beetles,
tadpoles and seaweed. After we had been to the pond we went for our lunch
in a tennis hall. We were very hungry so we ate all our sandwiches and
we enjoyed them too. Later we went to the woods. While we was there we
managed to catch spiders, flies, beetles, worms and slugs but we had to
put them back before we left the woods. To finish of the day we had lots
of fun in the adventure play ground playing on all the fun thing there.
That was the best part of the day. The day had to end so the coach came
and took us back to school.

Class 2 go to Cliffe House.
The first thing we did when we got to Cliffe House
is talk about the pond and woods. It was very interesting. Half of class
2 went to the woods the other half went to the pond. We went to the woods.
As we went into the woods we felt scared because we thought spiders were
going to go in our pockets. While we was in the woods we caught a newt,
big beetles, worms, woodlice and centipedes. We even saw a frog under
a stone. Soon the whole class went to the adventure playground we had
so much fun. When we had been to the adventure playground we went and
had our lunch in a tennis hall we were very hungry. After dinner some
of us had a game of badminton. Soon we went to the pond we caught 4 tadpoles,
water beetles ands a big newt. Soon the coach came to pick us up and took
us back to school and our parents came to take us home. It was a brilliant
day.
