Our Jubilee Party 2002

On Wednesday 17th July we celebrated the Queen's Jubilee by having our own party. Thousands of balloons were released into the air and prizes were awarded to the owners of the balloons which travelled the furthest distance.

The children danced to live music on the school playground. The sensational live music was provided by two of our talented parents.

A magician entertained the children in the school hall. Several children helped him perform amazing tricks.

Many of the children wore fancy dress and took part in the Jubilee Party King and Queen competition.

The children enjoyed taking part in the sack race, the hoop race, the wheelbarrow race and the egg and spoon race.

And there was even time to have a traditional picnic before home time.
